Garment Design and making

'La Belle Epoque' is a personal design and making project inspired by Paris during the Golden Age of the 1890's to the early 1910's. The design embodies inspiration from the Art Nouveau movement, celebrating the beauty of nature and the female body. 

 

The corset features pressed roses in resin, feathers, gold flakes, printed flowers, a fully hand-beaded front in an Art Nouveau inspired design along with a hand crafted gold chain necklace.
